Getting to know Kristin Gearhart

Hi, I have been a therapist since graduating from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004. I completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2007. Throughout my years of experiences, I have had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and from varying backgrounds. I am trained in EMDR and work predominantly with people dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and personality disorders. I utilize a combination of trauma-focused treatments, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, CBT and solution-focused treatment. I have experience working with first responders and active duty, reserve and reitred military personnel.
