With all the burdens that life can put on us, day-to-day things can become difficult. I enjoy working with all ages and helping ease that burden. Working with anxiety, depression, and family issues is my passion. I have been doing therapy for 5 years and truly enjoy building relationships with my clients. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Capella University, which has equipped me with the skills to support my clients effectively.
