NY
I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Farmingdale. I have experience working with general mental health, anxiety, personal growth and self-esteem, relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers), addiction and substance misuse, and women's mental health. While we do not always have control over what life throws our way, together we can focus on developing coping skills, building self-esteem, navigating life transitions, and making the necessary changes to live a more fulfilling life. I help you identify your feelings and maladaptive thought patterns and work with you to find solutions to your problems. I specialize in helping people cope with everyday life, communicate their needs more effectively, form healthier relationships, and manage stress in healthier ways. I provide a safe space filled with empathy, compassion, and support. Using an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to each client's needs, I help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I am very passionate about helping people improve their lives. I offer a free consultation to help you decide if I am the right clinician for you. Currently, I am offering Telehealth sessions only. I look forward to helping you!
