I received my Master of Arts in Counselor Education from The University of Texas at Austin and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work from an integrative model using aspects of Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Narrative, and Humanistic Therapy.

Therapy can be short -term, impactful, and effective or if you want support more long-term as you manage life transitions, I'll walk by your side for as long as you'd like. We work together to create the plan that makes sense for your situation and what you need.
