Stop feeling "stuck" and start feeling like yourself again. Do you feel like you're constantly "trying harder" or people-pleasing, yet nothing seems to change? Whether you are navigating relationship loops, battling anxiety, or struggling with self-worth, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help adults break through the patterns that keep them overwhelmed so they can lead more grounded, confident lives. I specialize in integrating evidence-based tools tailored to your unique needs: EMDR: To process past experiences that keep you feeling "triggered" in the present. CBT & ACT: To shift unhelpful thought patterns and take action on what matters most. Mindfulness: To help you feel more regulated and present in your daily life. My approach is collaborative and practical. You bring the "you," and I'll bring the tools. Together, we’ll move beyond just "talking in circles" and toward real, measurable change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy should feel like a relief, not a chore. The first step is often the hardest, so I focus on making our initial sessions feel safe and straightforward. You don't need a "perfect story" or a list of goals to start—we will uncover those together. Working with me, you can expect: No Judgment: A space where you are seen and heard exactly as you are. Practical Tools: You’ll leave sessions with "real-world" skills for boundaries and communication. Gentle Accountability: I will compassionately challenge the patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling lighter, more connected to your instincts, and equipped to handle whatever the week throws at you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our journey begins with a "deep dive" into where you are now and where you want to be. The Foundation: In our first few sessions, we’ll identify the specific patterns (in relationships or self-talk) that are holding you back. The Work: We’ll use a mix of "insight" work (understanding why you do what you do) and "action" work (practicing new ways of being). Whether we are using EMDR for trauma or CBT for anxiety, the pace is always set by you. The Shift: As therapy progresses, you'll likely notice clearer boundaries, less "noise" in your head, and a renewed sense of self-trust. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job—helping you build a toolkit that serves you long after our time together has ended.
