The Cognitive Behavioral approach encourages clients to explore their concerns through interactive conversation. I have been utilizing this method for approximately eight years. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been widely applied to treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. In addition, I work with both men and women who have experienced domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. As a survivor myself, I deeply understand the shame, embarrassment, denial, anger, and self-blame that often accompany these relationships. Through my own journey of spiritual growth and healing from childhood conditioning, I have emerged stronger and more empowered. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Capella University, which has further equipped me to support clients effectively. Through CBT, clients can openly discuss their emotions and behaviors, gaining insight into their triggers. This awareness fosters healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma. By identifying and addressing these triggers, individuals can significantly reduce their symptoms and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
