My name is Kristina, and I am practicing in the state of Kentucky. I have a Master's Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with family, and supporting others in their healing journey. I am passionate about empowering others and leading with genuine care and concern.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach to therapy is to meet the individual where they are. I support the client by empowering them in every stage of counseling. Beginning the process with building rapport with the client and building off the strengths that the client has. As we move forward in therapy I will utilize and pull from many different modalities to ensure that the counseling process displays the progress the client would like to see as well as the genuine care and concern for where this journey is taking you
Clients can expect to take away from each session the satisfaction of being heard, validated, and supported with the proper tools to support each client with where they are in the journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
