Hi, I'm Kris. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in EMDR and experience working with a wide range of populations. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, members and parents of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals navigating grief, loss, depression, anxiety, or simply the everyday challenges that life can bring. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and supported on your path toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe the therapeutic relationship is most effective when it’s a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life and experiences, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore the truths that shape your daily life and relationships. I strive to provide practical tools to help manage the symptoms you're experiencing—creating space for deeper work around trauma, developing new coping strategies, strengthening communication skills, advocating for your needs, and ultimately, achieving your personal goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgment—a place where you can process, explore, and grow. I want you to leave each session feeling empowered and better equipped to face whatever challenges may come your way. I truly consider it an honor to hear someone’s story, and I approach this work with a comfortable, down-to-earth style. I want our work together to feel natural, comfortable, and rooted in authenticity.
