What should a new client know about working with you?

My clients describe me as compassionate, empowering and honest (without being judgmental). I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy, solution focused therapy, and the Gottman method to treat clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I know how important it is to find the right therapist who fits your needs and just clicks. We can schedule an intro call to see if we're a good fit! Currently, all appointments are virtual allowing you the convenience and ease to see your therapist from the comfort of your very own couch.
