Hello, I'm Kristine, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). With extensive experience in addressing a wide range of issues, I am here to support you through life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, child abuse/neglect, ADHD, conduct disorder, behavioral disorders, personality disorders, or adjustment disorders, I am equipped to help you navigate these difficulties. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, focusing on behavioral issues, family cohesion, crisis and trauma, adjustment, and parenting/co-parenting. My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I find incredibly effective in helping clients understand and change their thought patterns and behaviors. However, I also incorporate mindfulness, play therapy, expressive arts, and other techniques tailored to meet your unique needs. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is at the heart of my practice. I am committed to ensuring that you feel validated and comfortable throughout our sessions.
