Psychotherapist
NJ
I am a Licensed Therapist. I obtained my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. I am a client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. I have worked with adolescents and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and working through trauma. My clinical focus is working with adolescents and young adults in college, but I am open to working with everyone! I integrate modalities such as Motivational interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Strengths based, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Throughout my years of clinical experience, I have seen therapy literally transform lives. In our work together, you will have space to feel seen, heard, and understood. My priority is to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling stuck, disconnected, feeling shame or guilt from past experiences, or just unable to find consistent moments of peace? I know how overwhelming that can be. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore the underlying causes of emotional distress, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical tools to improve focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first appointment, we will do an intake assessment. This will allow me to understand certain aspects of your mental health so we can effectively create treatment goals together to help guide our process of working together. Going forward, in weekly sessions we will work toward those goals and learn coping skills to improve daily life.
