What should someone know about working with me? From the very first phone call, I collaborate with you to understand what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Whether you're looking for short-term support during a tough transition or seeking longer-term guidance, I’m here as your partner in the process. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and client-centered. I believe that therapy should feel safe and supportive, but also purposeful. Progress can look different for everyone—sometimes it's finding clarity, building coping skills, or simply feeling less alone. My role is to walk with you through the discomfort, the grief, or the change, and help you find your footing again.
