She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, codependency, and issues unique to women. Krissi has a special interest in supporting women struggling with pregnancy loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, and infertility. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction as evidence-based techniques with her clients.
