Getting to know Kristine Riley

Hi! I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) with a clinical focus based in Michigan. I have been working in the field for over 15 years and strongly believe that you are the expert on yourself. I do not believe that therapy is one size fits all, therapy does not need to look the same for everyone, we will work together to figure out what works best for you. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you are able to be heard and vulnerable, build skills, and focus on your strengths to help you deal with the challenges that life throws at you. My focus is on helping you find immediate relief while building lifelong coping skills. I have worked in a wide range of settings which has allowed me to think outside of the box, figuring out how to best support my clients, while using many different therapeutic methods. I am dedicated to helping clients gain practical tools for living a more balanced and focused life.
