I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University. My experience across many facets of mental health has taught me that mental illness can affect anyone. I believe that helping clients reconnect with themselves and find their strength is the best way to facilitate healing. I use present-focused, mindfulness-based treatment as well as music therapy to support my clients on their journey.
