With over 20 years of experience in the helping professions, including 15 years in the mental health field and 5 years as a therapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our sessions. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical in Missouri. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you possess many strengths that can help you overcome the challenges you face.
