Kristy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, effects of trauma and relationship challenges. She helps clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and better understand patterns that impact their daily lives and relationships. Kristy holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and has training in many approaches including: ACT, DBT, EFT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care. Many of her clients also work with psychiatric providers, and she values collaborative care when medication is part of treatment.
