The provider is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is 37PC00537100. Welcome! You’re here because you’re ready for change, and just by showing up, you’ve already taken a bold and courageous step toward becoming your best self. It’s both an honor and a privilege to support you on that journey. A bit about me: I received my B.A. in Psychology from Elizabethtown College in 2004, and later earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Centenary College in 2009. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of roles—from outreach caseworker supporting adults with chronic and severe mental health diagnoses, to intensive in-home clinician helping at-risk youth and their families stabilize and thrive. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey in 2015 and am also a Nationally Certified Counselor through the NBCC. In addition to in-person clinical experience, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with various telehealth platforms, where I expanded my ability to connect with clients virtually. This experience deepened my understanding of the power of telehealth to break down barriers, provide consistent support, and meet clients where they are—literally and emotionally. It reaffirmed my belief that meaningful, transformative work can happen in all settings when there’s a strong therapeutic connection.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning your values, goals, and needs will always guide our work together. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and promote meaningful change. I also place great importance on family dynamics, healthy communication, and boundary-setting, drawing from both clinical experience and my own journey as a parent of two little girls. I’ve worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-injury, trauma, parenting and relationship struggles, career stress, and more. Whether you’re dealing with past pain or current challenges, I strive to provide a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering—like talking to an old friend who truly sees you. My hope is to help you move toward a life that holds more clarity, peace, and possibility. Whatever you’re here for, I’m here for you.
