I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working in the field of mental health for ten years. I received my Master's of Social Work from The University of New England. I've also been trained with the Nurtured Parenting Program, helping parents and their children manage conflicts by improving communication skills and building trust through transparency. My experience has been mostly within the NJ System of Care, working in the community doing case management, in-home therapy, group work, and community outreach. I've worked with community mentorship programs, as well as in the outpatient field with individuals from all ages, with my primary specialty working with adolescents and young adults. Utilizing a strength-based and solution-focused approach, my mission is to help you work through the mental health barriers that are stopping you from reaching your life goals. If any of these barriers include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, or relationships, you've come to the right place.
