What should a new client know about working with you?

Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy, I address a range of concerns including addiction, domestic violence, anger management, grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. My therapeutic approach is designed to foster resilience, enhance self-awareness, and empower clients to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space tailored to each client’s unique needs while maintaining an LGBTQIA+ friendly environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all. My goal is to help every individual navigate challenges and achieve lasting positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session will consist of meeting at an agreed upon time for approximately 60 minutes. We will talk about the things that have been bothering you or that seem to get in the way of your optimal day to day functioning. We will then set up a treatment plan that will help you identify your goals for therapy and begin your journey towards recovery and resolution.
