Hello there, you beautiful human! My name is Krysta, and I am most excited and passionate about helping humans find their whole magical selves. Whether you're struggling with a lifelong diagnosis, traumatic experiences interfering with your life, a recent crisis or setback, or trying to find your place in this world, I would be honored to work with you and support you in all the next steps you are meant to take. Life is hard enough as it is; adding anything else on top can be overwhelming and often incredibly lonely. You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and reminded that you aren't alone. I specialize in helping women of all ages find their power and voice, as well as grow in their ability to see their value and gifts. In addition, I work with women with ADHD who want to embrace their identity as neurospicy and powerful individuals. As a neurodivergent human myself, it is a gift to meet and work with individuals seeking to better understand their own magnificent (albeit chaotic) brains. I also take great pride in doing the same for kiddos of all ages. I offer a quiet space designed entirely around you and what you need. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hill University, which equips me to provide compassionate, informed care tailored to your unique journey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
