Getting to know Krystal A Whipple

Krystal Whipple, LCSW I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard. Everyone's journey is different, which is why I take a client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique experiences, goals, and needs. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore life's challenges, gain insight, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work, I work with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by everyday stressors or working through deeper emotional pain, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we'll identify practical strategies and coping skills that support healing, resilience, and personal growth. I have also completed specialized grief training through David Kessler, equipping me with additional tools to help individuals process loss and navigate the complex emotions that accompany grief. I understand that grief looks different for everyone, and I strive to create a supportive space where you can honor your experiences, find hope, and heal at your own pace. I believe that lasting change comes from recognizing your strengths while developing new ways to overcome life's challenges. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based interventions that empower you to move toward the life you want. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I look forward to helping you build greater emotional well-being, strengthen your resilience, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
