Hi, I'm Krystal. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker inspired to motivate the journey of life. Allow me to introduce my philosophy as a therapist: exploration is essential as an ally, focusing on empowerment to reach your mission in life, and horizons are to broaden through various perspectives. My professional background includes a BSW and MSW from UCF, and I'm a qualified supervisor for licensure. I have experience working with ages 3 to older adults with various presenting barriers such as addiction, anxiety, depression, anger management, domestic violence, and trauma, among many more. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My theoretical framework is cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused. The combination of these therapeutic styles allows for the more remarkable achievement of the goals you set out to accomplish during your time. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a technique to address traumatic experiences and intense emotional reactions without even speaking about the event itself!
