My name is Krystal Burnstein, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor within the state of Florida. I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in substance abuse counseling. I also obtained my Master's in mental Health Counseling from Nova. I have been described as a supportive, caring, and compassionate counselor. I can either work with client that prefers a direct approach or a more laid-back style. I generally adapt treatment modalities to the clients needs/medical necessity. I commend you for taking the first step to find help. I have been a therapist for approximately 10 years working with a multitude of populations in different settings such as home/community, school, hospitals/corrections, and Telehealth. Therapy should be a safe space with no judgement. I would like to work together to assist you explore and identify individualized/specific therapy goals while increasing coping skills for to areas you would like to work on or gain clarity.
