I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hunter College in New York, NY, and my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. And now pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Grand Canyon University. My approach I have a person-centered eclectic approach to therapy. I do not believe that a one-size-fits-all all mentality is best practice. My focus I treat a wide variety of clientele and have worked in various settings in the mental health field. My communication style I work from a supportive direct approach. My goals for you Goal setting is based on what is important to the client and worked through from an achievable, measurable, and palatable approach.
