Treating mental health disorders and addiction struggles is my mission. Helping others work through setbacks and actualize their fullest potential is the greatest gift I receive doing this work. It has always been my joy to help others and I believe that people can change their lives to achieve a better quality of living. For over 15 years I've helped others foster healing and recovery. What should a new client know about working with you?

You will get evidence based feedback from an experienced provider whose helped hundreds of individuals of various backgrounds and life challenges. Using a person centered approach allows me to meet you exactly where you are and tailor treatment planning to meets your specific needs at this specific time!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My treatment approach is in Strengths Based CBT with Trauma Informed Care. My specialization is in addiction therapy and I hold a separate license through the State of Michigan. I am able to treat a variety of DSM V diagnoses in adults. Think anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc. I provide therapy and can also coordinate with probation officers for legal requirements when necessary.
