Taking the step to start therapy is a significant move towards living the life you desire. At times, we all benefit from an external perspective to gain deeper insight into our thoughts, patterns, and behaviors. I believe that connection is essential for healing from past experiences and for living life to its fullest. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, which informs my compassionate and client-centered approach. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to enhance their life, invite more joy, and deepen their connections.
