As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist, LMSW, my focus is to create a safe, affirming space where children, adolescents, and families feel heard, understood, and supported. I specialize in ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, childhood trauma, LGBTQ+ care, and worry, with a particular focus on neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ youth. I believe each person deserves to feel safe being their authentic self, and I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, patience, and genuine connection. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, culturally humble, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed. I incorporate evidence-based practices, therapeutic play and art-based interventions, social and interpersonal skill development, and supportive family involvement when appropriate. As a TF-CBT-certified clinician, I work collaboratively with clients and their support systems to build self-understanding, recognize strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges with greater confidence.
