I am so Thankful for Life Stance. They have literally been a blessing for me. I have a wonderful Councilor, Krystal Caney. My first visit with her I had such severe anxiety and PTSD. It was so severe that I couldn't sit for 5 minutes in her office. I also Suffered from Major Depression. I really did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was a mess emotionally. Dispute my circumstances Life Stance gave me a councellor, Krystal and Psychiatrist, Greg Roger. Here I was finally given a proper diagnosis. In my experience Life stance is much different than any other Çounceling service I have ever been to. I was treated like an individual and not just another patient. I also felt heard and was treated with respect. Dispite my overwhelming anxiety Krystal was calm and very understanding. She is nonjudgmental and is definitely dedicated to helping her patientce reach their individual goals to getting better. I went into my appointments feeling not so great and almost always left feeling better. I a year has gone by now since my 1st visit. I am doing Sooo much better. I actually able to function normally and feel much like myself now. Like I had mentioned before I had gone to other places before without seeing much results. When I first started at Life Stance, I was going every week. Now once a month or 6 weeks is quite sufficient. I was also suffering from chronic migraines. Krystal was able to help me with them. As of today I very rarely have them, I actually find that quite amazing.. I am so very grateful for the care I received from Life Stance. Krystal has been a God Send for me. She is highly intelligent and knowledgeable about mental health, but most importantly she has a good heart. It takes a rare person to do what she does. All the staff make me feel a home when I am there. It is a warm environment. I would highly recommend Life Stance to anyone that is seeking help for themselves or a loved one. I am so Thankful for people like Krystal and her staff that care enough that dedicate their careers helping people.
