Hello, I'm Krystal. Has the journey of life been an uphill battle? Have the twists and turns caused you to lose focus on your path? If so, I would love to help. There is no one-size-fits-all roadmap to a happy and fulfilling life. However, many of us have the tools and the strength to make it through life's difficult circumstances. Together we will build self-efficacy, with therapy structured and focused on you. Out-of-the-box thinking and perspectives are what make my sessions so unique. I specialize in helping individuals who may have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis, anger management issues, grief and loss, and relationship issues, to name a few. Life has no cookie-cutter solutions; however, we will utilize a holistic approach to healing. I am a Licensed Clincial Social Worker. My background and experience have equipped me with the skills to assist adolescents, teens, and adults in navigating their mental and behavioral health challenges. Whether it's managing anger, dealing with anxiety, improving family relationships, or working through intimate and romantic relationship issues, I am here to support you.
