Are you finding yourself struggling with fear, worry, overwhelm, overthinking, sadness, frustration, or feeling like you are not good enough? Are you navigating a life transition, change, or relationship that has been a challenge? Do you sometimes feel like giving up altogether? Change is HARD! But it is possible, and I want to help you through that! I have over 16 years of clinical experience, and my specialty is treating stress/anxiety, self-esteem, confidence struggles, relationship issues, and navigating life changes. I want this space to be a safe and comfortable one for you to share anything and everything on your heart! My approach I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help to discern where to create change and how, as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. These approaches are very hands-on and give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness, identifying coping mechanisms, psychoeducation, etc. Your goals and progress is my primary focus! Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence so that you can feel peace, fulfillment, balance, and contentment in your life. My focus I work with clients who may be struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, imbalance, and moving through life changes, among other struggles. No matter what you are working through, I will work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable. Most of my clients see improvement fairly quickly after starting therapy, and I am excited to support you in your journey of healing! My communication style I view myself as being a warm and compassionate person, people often say they feel very comfortable around, which is a hugely important aspect of therapy.
