As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose, I help young to middle-aged adults seeking mental health stability and a sense of overall wellness. ***PLEASE NOTE: After you book an appointment, I will personally email you within 24 hours welcoming you and outlining the intake process. INTAKE MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE FIRST APPOINTMENT. The intake process involves creating a Client Portal account online and filling out/signing some forms.***

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals, not couples, btw. My therapeutic approach combines my expertise in talk therapy as a LMHC with “lifestyle medicine” as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). This means I incorporate holistic strategies like nutrition and mindfulness, treating both the brain and body because it’s all connected! We’ll pull from ancient wisdom too, if that interests you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Many people never take the first step in seeking help. I applaud your courage for checking this platform out. I promise to always meet you with compassion and respect. The journey to healing the mind and body will take time - I can also promise you that. :) Together, lets address your struggles and foster resilience, building your path to a fulfilling life. I offer virtual appointments (for residents of New York State), and in-person or virtual appointments for individuals in the Albany, NY area.
