My years of experience has allowed me to be adaptable to most needs. I utilize modalities such as Cognative Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I pride myself on exploring the root emotions that cause unhealthy coping skills and reactions. The goal is to bring peace and inspire growth.
