Getting to know Kyle Mammen

Hello! I've been working with Tava since January 2021, and I have come to love providing online therapy because I know that your time is valuable. Whether you prefer online therapy for its convenience or because you live in an area without in-person therapists, I am here to help you navigate your current challenges. I am available evenings and weekends to accommodate your needs. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety management, depression, and trauma management. Additionally, I enjoy helping people work on relationships, whether through traditional couples counseling or assisting those struggling to find meaningful connections in today's complicated dating culture. In addition to mental health counseling, I have over 15 years of experience working as an academic advisor in higher education. I can help high school and college students, as well as other adult learners, who are struggling to achieve their academic goals. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and five kids. I enjoy the great outdoors and all the adventures Utah has to offer. My favorite outdoor activity is skiing, and I hit the slopes whenever I can.
