Getting to know Kyle Perry

The provider is supervised by Brandi M Smith. My name is Kyle Perry. I work with individuals and couples navigating shame, guilt, infidelity, betrayal, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of self-condemnation, anxiety, or disconnection after experiences that violated their values or relationships. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to process pain, rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. Together, we work toward healing, self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a life more aligned with your goals and values.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you commit to the life you want to live. ACT helps you become more comfortable with uncomfortable feelings and emotions, and then commit to live out your values. I love working with individuals and couples who struggle trusting and believing in themselves, and seeing them learn to trust themselves again.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a big believer that you are the expert in your life, my job is just to help you get unstuck. Therefore, I help you identify the processes that are common across your life. You might bring up a distressing situation, and I will point out these "processes" as I see them, and give you some tools to do things a little differently next time.
