I'm a retired Army Officer and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in resilience-focused, trauma-informed therapy. I view therapy as a partnership where you'll feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether it's trauma, anxiety, or relationship stress, my mission is to help you achieve clarity, surmount emotional obstacles, and develop effective tools for healing. I became an Army Mental Health Technician at 18, used my service to earn a degree, and commissioned as an Officer in 2014 in the Army Social Work Program. I retired from active duty in October 2025 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Diplomate. I look forward to working together!
