I hold a Doctor of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas, a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Sacramento. I believe in treating the whole individual or family system. My approaches are eclectic and uniquely tailored to the needs of each individual or family system. My approach I believe that we all have strengths that help us navigate even the most difficult situations. I come from a strengths-based perspective and approach when working with clients. My focus I work with clients of all ages, from young children to older adults. I also see couples and families. My communication style I am kind and compassionate but won't be afraid to be honest with you. My clients find me warm and friendly. My journey to therapy I am passionate about helping others be the best they can be! Therapy has been a powerful change factor in my life, and I have seen it work wonders in the lives of others.
