I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families impacted by trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD and other life challenges such as relationship struggles and life transitions. I have training in trauma focused modalities, attachment based techniques, and inner child work. I incorporate humanistic, evidenced-based approaches to help clients build secure and connected relationships with themselves and others. I pride myself on the creativity I bring into my work and the ability to connect with my clients in an authentic way, utilizing humor and a relational focus. I value activating clients' personal strengths to help them build confidence in their healing journey.

It is important to me to meet clients where they are at in life and provide a safe, inviting space where they can learn more about themselves and their unique strengths to help them heal and grow.
