You are the expert on your own experience, and my goal is to help you develop tools to grow in your self-work journey and to meet your wellness goals. Challenging unhealthy patterns and learning new, adaptive skills is difficult work. My strengths-based, client-centered approach allows me to support and guide our sessions toward growth and change. We will work together to increase your self-awareness, build on your strengths, and implement new skills to address your goals. With a Master’s degree (MA) and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ support, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma.
