I work with children and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, neurodivergence, and challenges with self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel seen, heard, and understood while building the skills and confidence to move forward and feel more like yourself again.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting kiddos, teenagers and adults facing anxiety, depression, and the stress of having to “do it all.” With my tailor made approach, we’ll find what works best for you! Collaborating to build coping tools, creating balance, and moving toward a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more fulfilling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Carrying so much alone can feel exhausting, particularly when you feel all your effort goes unnoticed. You don’t have to keep pushing through by yourself. Reaching out is a brave first step and I would be honored to support you as we work toward creating a space for you to feel more grounded, hopeful, and balanced.
