Lacie Glasser, LPCC

Psychotherapist
MN
Since earning my Master's in Counseling in 2019, I have partnered with clients across school-linked, residential, and crisis settings. Today, I dedicate my practice to full-time individual therapy, helping adults navigate life's complex stressors‚including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences. I am trained in several specialized modalities to meet you where you are, including: CBT & DBT: To help you connect thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building tangible skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT): To practice mindfulness and guide you toward living a values-driven life. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): To safely process trauma, understand its impact, and rebuild a healthy sense of safety, trust, and self-worth. Believing deeply in a whole-body approach to mental health, I also collaborate with you to integrate healthy lifestyle habits that reduce symptoms and support long-term well-being. Together, we will transform difficult obstacles into a meaningful path forward.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
