What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is relational, person centered and holistic. I specialize in supporting young adults (18-24) and adults (24+) through life transitions and the journey of adulthood. I consider all aspects of your life, valuing all of your past experience that has made you the person you are today. We'll focus on your healing and enhancing self-awareness. Being authentic and relatable is a vital component of my therapeutic style. Working from an optimistic lens brings joy and lightness to therapy, allowing you to feel comfortable and hopeful. Through gentle inner exploration and reflection, you can increase your self-awareness as well as self-compassion. Taking small courageous steps can lead to huge impacts and benefits. No matter what you bring to sessions, I will hold space, allowing you to share your stories as you feel ready. My focus is to help you grow through your struggles, heal from pain, and create the life you desire. I support you in aligning your goals and actions to allow you to move toward your best self. This is achieved by customizing care based on your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Not only do I hope you will heal, but I also hope you will thrive!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding the right therapist can be a daunting task, but it's crucial for your mental health journey. That's why I'm here to make this process as comfortable as possible for you. I offer a complimentary consultation to all potential clients. This is a no-pressure opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether we're the right fit for each other. During this initial meeting, we'll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you're looking for in therapy. Once we've had our consultation and you feel comfortable moving forward, we can schedule regular sessions tailored to your needs. These sessions are your time to pause, reflect, and delve into your inner world in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we can determine if we're the right fit for your therapeutic journey. I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Let's embark on this journey toward healing and growth together.
