Getting to know Lady Narvaez

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with private practice and school counseling experience. I hold an EdM in School Counseling from Sam Houston State University. As a first-generation immigrant, I value the importance of cultural values in guiding my clients on a path of self-healing. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with life challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I assist and guide individuals in gaining skills using tools that best fit their lifestyle to help them thrive in society.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I practice Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused. I am available in-person and Telehealth with day and evening hours. A most of us, I have personally experienced life challenges. I am a single mother of two and life experiences have led to my desire to help others. I look forward to helping you!
