I have a diverse work history and I enjoy working with adults; couples; and groups. Over the past five years; I have focused my practice to helping busy high-functioning working professionals with goals of finding balance; purpose; and/or relief from this chaotic world by promoting selfcare; wellness; anxiety/depression management; and by normalizing the grief process.
