Hello! I’m a Licensed Therapist. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I finally connected with my purpose. Therapy truly is my heart job. Even before becoming a therapist, I was the person my friends would call when they needed someone to talk to, someone to listen, or someone to help them work through a difficult situation. I’ve experienced my own trauma and difficult seasons, so I understand that sometimes life can feel heavy, overwhelming, and confusing. Becoming a teen mom was a turning point in my life. I knew I wanted more for myself and my family, and I wanted to create a different future. I went to college with the goal of healing, growing, and learning how to help others do the same. Today, I’m passionate about helping people find their purpose, work through the things that have been holding them back, reach their goals, and build healthy and supportive relationships. I want my clients to feel comfortable being their real, authentic selves without fear of judgment. I believe in **practicing what I preach**. If I’m asking you to try something, challenge yourself, set a boundary, or look at something differently, it’s because I believe in the process and understand that change can be uncomfortable. Most importantly, I believe **we all have answers within us**. Sometimes life, trauma, fear, or circumstances make it difficult to see them. My role is to help you uncover those answers, recognize your strengths, and find your way forward. You don't have to have it all figured out. We can figure it out together.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
