With a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology and 8 years of experience in private practice, inpatient substance use facilities, and community mental health treatment centers, I recognize that therapy is not "one size fits all." I am here to help adults with depression and anxiety resulting from life changes. I utilize a trauma informed, person-centered approach to therapy, meaning I prioritize your emotional safety and that our sessions are focused on what is important to you. We will search for coping skills that are based on your preferences and fit into your lifestyle.
