Hello! I’m Lakenya. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. This means that I have over 3,000 hours of therapy! Credentials aside, my most knowledge comes from my life experiences.My journey has been as colorful as it has been enlightening. As a proud black mom and wife, I’ve navigated the challenges of a blended family with my 8 children. In my 10 years of marriage, I have overcome some marital issues. I faced and conquered personal battles with depression and anxiety. Outside my professional life, I cherish painting, indulge in horror movies, and treasure game nights with my family. Every laugh, every challenge, every paint stroke adds depth to my understanding of life, relationships, and personal growth. It’s easy to get lost in titles – mom, wife, partner. But beneath these roles is a vibrant individual yearning to be seen, understood, and loved. And that’s where I come in. I believe that with the right guidance, every woman can build confidence, and self-love, and find her unique voice. I am looking forward to working with you.
