I am the founder and owner of Its Ok to Ask for Help, clinical psychotherapy services. In addition to caring for patients in tele-health and in-person therapeutic settings, I have experience facilitating groups, working with trauma victims, and in assisted living facilities. Outside of caring for my clients, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family. Clients can expect an improved overall sense of well-being through the services I provide.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
