Lana is a founder of Mosaic Minded Counseling. specializes in primary and secondary trauma experienced by law enforcement officers, firefighters/paramedics, coroners, funeral directors and their families, educators, veterans, mental health professionals, survivors of suicide, survivors of violent crimes (sexual assault, domestic violence, workplace violence, kidnapping, and home invasion), their families, and those struggling with complicated and traumatic grief. She sees clients who need help managing their anger and those with Narcissistic Personality Disorders. Additionally, she works with survivors of Near Death Experiences (NDE) and psychically gifted children and adults. Lana offers critical incident debriefing and assessments, as well as mandated psychotherapy for fit-for-duty protocols to Law Enforcement officers, Firefighters, Paramedics, and 911 Center Dispatchers. Lana holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, a Master of Ministry in Comparative Theology, and a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, both from the University of Arizona. She is a Certified Critical Incident Response provider with advanced certifications in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Complex Traumatic Stress Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing, and the Treatment of Moral Injury in Service Members and Law Enforcement, obtained through the Center for Deployment Psychology. She also holds an advanced Certification in Clinical Hypnosis and Meditation Instruction from the American Institute for Healthcare Professionals. Additionally, Lana is certified through The Center for Professionals in Traumatology in School Crisis Interventions, Acute Stress Disorders, and PTSD.
