I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University Tempe Campus, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based practice.

Exploration of core internal wounds offers self-reflection and increases compassion for one's experiences. With new perspectives about your life story, clients can feel more empowered to make changes in their thought patterns and behavior.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a client-centered therapist who will both validate and challenge you. Clients will learn to prioritize their own internal experience to process, heal, and better understand themselves. I can help you find inner clarity, let go of thoughts or situations that no longer serve you, and heal from limiting beliefs about your self and others.
